Air conditioned living/dining area with L shaped sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV with DVD, CD stereo, dining table and 4 chairs.
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, cooker and washing machine. Ironing board, iron, linen and towels provided.
Large terrace with sea views and table and chairs. 5 star communal facilities include 3 pools with childrens pool, private access to the lagoon, gym, sauna, pool and snack bar and tennis courts.

About Almerimar, Costa Almeria
Travelling from the province capital of Almeria only takes around 40 minutes. Whilst Almerimar is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday, it also has an array of sports to choose from if you decide to get active. The vast marina dominates this otherwise small resort; you can easily gaze at the yachts whilst having a quiet drink or light meal. Alternatively you can play golf! The nearby course has all equipment available to hire and they welcome new visitors. The resort has beautifully decorated restaurants, furnished in traditional Moorish style, plus there’s lots of choice for going out in the evenings.

Short distance to marina which has a host of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minute walk to beach. Short drive to the 27 hole Gary Player designed golf course.
