About the property

This brand new penthouse apartment is located just two minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location.

The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms, The lounge has a dining table and seating for six, a sofa, satellite televison and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The penthouse also benefits from a private spacious roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains and has the luxury of its own private swimming pool. There is also a purpose built BBQ, sun loungers and a table and chairs. Ideal for eating anddrinking al fresco whatever the time of day.

For those using a car there is secure parking and there is lift access to the apartment.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Short breaks, minimum 4 nights, are available.

20% deposit is payable at the time of booking or 6 months from start of holiday, whichever is later.

The balance is payable 1 calendar month before the start of the holiday.

A £100 refundable damage deposit is payable with the final balance. This is returned within 14 days of the end of the holiday subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros, by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer.

Owner's Tips...

Vera Playa is part of a five mile stretch of beach which is just 400 metres away from the apartment. There are a selection of bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and an Aquapark all within a short walk.

Some of the local areas of interest are Mojacar Playa, Mojacar pueblo, Garrucha, Villaricos, Cuevas de Almanzora & Cabo de Gata.

This list however is not exhaustive and visitors to the area will no doubt discover some delightful places themselves.

For golfers there are several courses within a short drive including:
Marina Golf, Valle del Este, Cortijo Grande and the prestigious Desert Springs. As a golfer myself, I would only be too pleased to help you arrange your golf for you.
