About the property
The duplex is situated on the well known, friendly and peaceful Playmar complex with 24hr security, well kept gardens and 2 child friendly pools, heated in winter months.
The apartment is privately owned and regularly used by our family of 5 which it sleeps comfortably, everything is there to make your stay as relaxing as we can make it.
The duplex comprises of 1 bedroom which has a large double bed with single bunk bed. Built in wardrobe with safe and balcony. The bathroom consists of toilet, basin, bath with shower.
The ground floor consists of lounge area with large double settee bed, cabinets with storage space, flat screen LCD TV BBC and Sky news, DVD player with a selection of films.
The kitchen has large fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, iron, toaster, electric double hob, washing machine, breakfast bar.
Outside garden has a nice size patio with table and chairs.

About Maspalomas, Gran Canaria
A popular tourist destination, Maspalomas has plenty to offer. If you fancy a change from relaxing on the beach, on the edge of the famous dunes is an 18-hole golf course to try your luck on. The town itself is full of modern complexes and hotels, plus fantastic entertainment facilities, ensuring there is something for everyone. One such attraction is the Palmitos Park, which has over 50 different types of palm trees from all over the world.
Owner's Tips...
The world famous dunes of Maspalomas with miles of sandy beaches (nudist for the brave) are only a five minute taxi ride away (2.5 euros).
A 15 minute walk takes you to the main town of Playa del Ingles, where you will find restaurants and bars and the famous Yumbo centre for night life.
The duplex is within walking distance to the Maspalomas 18 hole golf course. There are a further nine courses on the island all a short distance from the complex, they have been developed by the most prestigious international designers and offer exceptional features for the game. Playing golf in Gran Canaria is more than just playing a sport, its an oasis of peace where you can calmly enjoy your game and the all year round warm climate.
