Set in tranquil and secure surroundings this ground floor apartment is a home from home in the med. Spacious accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms with ample wardrobes, one with a kingsize bed and one with a single and bunk beds. A large newly decorated fully tiled shower room, with recess with washing machine and storage.

The fully equipped kitchen leads to the lounge/diner with comfy seating and satellite TV showing full range of English and some Spanish channels.

The private conservatory is leading to back patio, small orchard and large side terrace and offers the choice of sun, shade or dining alfresco while enjoying the lovely views. The outside areas are equipped with sun loungers, parasol, patio table, chairs and BBQ.

This is an ideal location for families or couples seeking a relaxing or action packed hoiday .

Welcome pack provided, full grocery shop on request. Bicycles are available to hire payable weekly. New for 2009 unlimited access to nearby communal swimming pool with separate children's play area.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

Booking deposit within 5 days to secure holiday dates. Short breaks of 2-6 days also available, please enquire. Winter lets taken.

Please ensure you have your own travel and health insurance cover.

There is a refundable security/breakages bond £100/€150 euros to be paid in cash on arrival before handing over of keys and returned on departure following satisfactory inspection.

The spectacular award winning sandy beaches and all it has on offer, restaurants, bars,entertainment. The working fishing harbour and cultural Old Town. Peniscola really is the City in the Sea.

Mountain bikes, quad bikes, motorbikes all available to hire locally.

There is also a second two bed apartment available that will suit a combined holiday for larger families or groups.
