This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has a large terrace overlooking a shared swimming pool and garden area. It is built to a high standard with marble floors throughout. A Mitsubishi air cooling and heating system supplemented by radiators make this a year-round option.

The lounge has a 26 inch Sony flat screen LCD TV with a selection of Spanish, British and German channels a DVD player and music system. Dining area with seating for 4.

Kitchen with grill, 4 ring stove, dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and clothes dryer.

2 bedrooms, one double and one twin.

A car is necessary as the resort is spread out but the extensive beach and restaurant amenities of the area are only a few minutes drive away. Parking and lift access are both available.

Private terrace with a table and 4 chairs, with pool views. 2 beach chairs.

Beaches are 4km from this apartment.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 booking deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

Owner's Tips...

Roda Golf Resort is superbly located so that you can walk to the beaches, but additionally has its very own private beach club (due to open shortly). A bus, followed by a boat will take you out to this private area.
