A lovely seafront apartment, ideal for couples and families, enjoys a spectacular sea view. In an excellent location situated on the third floor, away from traffic yet only metres from sandy beach, cafes and shops. There is a lift and parking available.
The apartment has been completely renovated. All water facilities and electricity entirely new. The interior is all new furniture.
The apartment benefits from new superior quality with heating. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa, coffee table, sideboard, dining table and chairs, television and DVD player.
A private balcony with table and chairs overlook the sea.
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, an iron, ironing board.
The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, bidet, and wash basin with illuminated mirror. The bedrooms has twin beds with a new built-in cabinet between the beds and a bedside table lamp with its light.
Very nice apartment (70m²) on the seafront in Palmanova with direct access to the beach from the garden. Terrace (10m²) with lovely views to the beach.

Located on the western side of the bay of Palma, and considerably quieter and more relaxed than it’s neighbour, Magaluf. Staying here is ideal for people coming with families. There’s plenty of shops to wander around, many of which are duty free, just head for the seafront road, alternatively there is a regular bus service into Palma. The main beach at Palma Nova is split into two, however both are equally as fun with plenty of activities on hand. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to hire, allowing you to escape from the midday sun. Marineland and the waterpark are fairly close if you fancy a fun packed day out.
Palmanova has two main beaches and a small marina and is internationally known for the huge numbers of tourists who visit it each year. Magalluf is adjacent to the west and east are Caliu.
It offers a multitude of quality services to its visitors including: the Golf fantasy in which the player can go three different routes between waterfalls and birds. They also offer Mini, watercraft, motorcycles, pedaloes, parachute.
There is a strong team of police and civil defence, as well as medical services, and infrastructure that keep cleaning streets, sidewalks and beaches in perfect condition for the enjoyment of tourists.
On the seafront promenade has plenty of restaurants, bars and delightful pavement cafes, which are all child friendly.
