About the property

A stunning penthouse built to a very high standard with polished marble floors, vanity units in bathrooms, fully integrated modern kitchen and appliances and fridge freezer. Very tastefully furnished with everything you need to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible!

Upper level has double ensuite bedroom and private terrace with sea views. Two further twin bedrooms and a second bathroom on the lower level, one of the twin rooms has a private terrace. TV, DVD and patio doors to a private terrace with table and 4 chairs. All bed linen and towels includes except beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and integrated oven and hob.

Fully air-conditioned and central heating for the winter months.

Shared communal pool.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

Beautifully designed beach front apartments (64 in total) built around a communal pool, with the beautiful beach being at the back door.

Only 5 minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport, Nueva Ribera Beach Club is provided with 24 hour security and underground parking. Set in the pretty town of Los Alcazares, it is a perfect base for exploring the historic province of Murcia, a city lined with designer boutiques and unique one-off shops. The historic naval port of Cartagena is a short drive, or relax and unwind on a boat taking in the unique coastline of La Manga, stopping at Cabo de Palos with its exquisite seafood restaurants.

The Mar Menor has a 7km stretch of sandy beach lined with palm trees and a promenade perfect for walking, cycling or watch the world go by drinking ice cold cerveza and tapas at one of the many beach bars on route. A 10-15 minute stroll will bring you to Los Narejos where you will find a superb selection of restaurants offering international cuisine Al Fresco in the warm summer breeze. The land adjacent to the beach and areas surrounding the complex is awaiting landscaping.

Within Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and water sports enthusiasts. The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times. The fertile countryside (la Huerta) inland supplies the local markets with fresh produce which is also exported to northern Europe, especially during the winter when local farmers take advantage of the comparatively warm weather. Throughout the year, the area offers boundless opportunities for sports and other activities. Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town.
