This is an exclusive 3 bedroom front line bright and spacious luxury villa, built to very high standard not often seen in Spain. The villa set amongst landscaped gardens and views onto the fairway. A beautiful whitewashed villa, all on one level with a modern contemporary flair for furnishings, giving that real crisp and spacious feel.
Villa Rico is situated in the exclusive flagship Polaris World resort of El Valle which is built around a premier Jack Nicklaus Golf courses, and also includes a driving range, an exclusive club house with bar and lounging area and outside terrace and seating with superior views. An Irish bar with occasional evening entertainment, restaurant (A la Carte) a supermarket and free residents gym as a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
The villa benefits from having off-road parking, two bathrooms and being fully air-conditioned and central heating for the winter months.
2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom contains a double bed and built-in wardrobes, there is an en suite bathroom containing all jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. The master bedroom has stunning views over the golf course and the pool area. All bed linen and towels includes, except beach towels.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances consisting of a full oven, hob, extractor & dishwasher. There is a large American style fridge freezer with ice-maker, as well as a microwave, toaster and full crockery and cutlery. There is a utility room off the kitchen equipped with a Bosch washing machine and additional sink, with an iron and ironing board..
There are a number of large terrace's including an alfresco dining area under shaded pergola with large table seating 6 and an outdoor BBQ area with occasional table 4 chairs. There are 6 sun loungers provided to enable you to take full advantage of the Murcia sunshine and when you get too hot there is a private swimming pool and outdoor shower to cool down in. The pool area benefits from beautiful panoramic views over the golf course.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts (Green fees are payable), with courtesy buses running between them all.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.
The Alcor villas have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a private pool.
The Algaba villas are bigger with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional cloakroom, and a larger private pool.
The Adarga villas are much bigger with 5 bedrooms.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
