This magnificent, large detached villa is conveniently located in an enviable position overlooking the coast and offering uninterrupted sea views. Binibeca’s safe sandy beach, the shops, supermarkets and fine restaurants are all less than a mile away making it an ideal choice for a family holiday.
The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of a large entrance hall with hallway off leading to a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom having a separate shower cubical and walk in wardrobe. There is one further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a family washroom / w.c. In addition there are two more twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. An archway from the hallway gives access to a very spacious lounge / dining room with a feature wood burner stove. Large picture windows offer wonderful panoramic sea views. The separate breakfast kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. Entertainment if provided by satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard.
Outside, patio doors from the lounge lead to a spacious covered terrace equipped with patio furniture and having steps leading down to beautifully kept mature gardens with lawns. The specially designed 14m x 7m swimming pool has full width roman steps and a free flow system for easy access. Sun beds and parasols are provided and there is a brick built barbeque to enjoy ‘Alfresco dining.’ The villa is set in extensive grounds with wonderful sea views and offers excellent all round privacy and off road parking.
