Tree Tops is a superb finca-style modern detached villa with a large ' Infinity pool', in an elevated location in the hills above the beautiful Jalon Valley. An ideal holiday villa for couples or families with children aged from five years, looking for something 'special'.
Use of the fast speed Internet connection (free WiFi) if you bring your laptop.
Built on a large plot of 3,000 sqm, this one level villa has three large bedrooms, a master with en-suite and comfy king-size bed. Bedroom two has a super-king bed and bedroom three has two twin beds, all spacious bright rooms with plenty of storage space. All rooms in the villa have insect netting on the windows and ceiling fans.
An all electric kitchen with huge American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob + oven and microwave. A separate dining room with large glass table and seating six, leading into a bright sitting room with two comfy sofa's and matching armchair, overlooking the pool. You will be able to enjoy English & continental TV channels, CD/DVD player. There is also a good English library for you to enjoy.
Outside are two terraces, the smaller one has a courtyard seating area with views down the valley, perfect for enjoying your local glass of wine, with magnificent views all around. There is also a separate 'Naya' - a covered area with seating and small table. On the larger lower terrace you will find your own private 'Infinity' pool with a special coloured light system, (perfect for evening swims) an outside shower, pretty gardens, a gas BBQ and sun beds, perfect for sunbathing in the south-facing garden, with amazing 'sunsets' over the mountains.
Relax and unwind in the tranquil environment, a lush hilltop setting of only 37 individually designed private villas. No noise, no traffic, a quiet cul-de-sac country road, beautiful scenery, perfect tranquility.
The villa is built on one level, into the hillside, with just a few steps up to the front door and down to the pool and large terrace area at the back.

Due to the hilly terrain we feel this is not a holiday property for very young children (under five).

Tree Tops is only a 20 minute easy drive to safe white sandy beaches at Moraira, Calpe & Javea - very nice Spanish towns and well worth a visit.
You are surrounded here by green mountains, lush valleys and pretty Spanish villages, many bars and restaurants with daily local markets and colourful summer Fiestas to enjoy. Why not take a drive into the mountains for fabulous views down to the sea.
For a day out we would recommend Benidorm, only half an hour by car, to visit the beautiful beaches, Aqualandia Water Park, or Terra Mitica Theme Park, or just simply enjoy a stroll around the old Spanish Town. We also provide a comprehensive guide pack with maps, and information of special places to visit in the area.
Tree-Tops is conveniently situated for the motorway and an easy journey from Alicante or Valencia airports. A car is essential to get the most out of your holiday and the area.
Hi, we are David and Larraine Atkins, we were early retirees to Spain twelve years ago and have loved living on the Costa Blanca. We recently got married in Jamaica where we had a fabulous romantic wedding and honeymoon. We look forward to meeting new clients this year, as well as our regulars.

Tree-Tops is our own home which we make available to others during the summer months of May, June, July, August and most of September. We live nearby during this time, and can assist our clients should they need it.
The position of our villa is fantastic, with the most wonderful views that really does take everyone's breath away. Up in the hills overlooking the beautiful Jalon Valley, peace and quiet, no traffic, no other holiday makers, a tranquil area where people respect each others privacy. No near neighbours as our garden area is nearly 3,000 sq.m.
We have a most unusual 'Infinity' Pool, where you can float around looking over the edge, right down the valley and at night there is a fantastic changing coloured light system changing from blue to green to pink and all the shades in between - just wonderful, and something a little bit different !!

“We had an extremely relaxing time at Treetops. David and Larraine had thoughfully decorated our room (we were newlyweds), along with providing local food, wine and bubbly for our first night.
The villa itself is deceptively spacious with three well sized bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. All rooms are tastefully decorated. The villa is on a very quiet road and benefits from a secluded feel.
There was nothing better then enjoying a sun-downer and watching the colours of the hills change every evening. Fantastic views down into the valley. The small village of Lliber is a 10 minute walk away and you can get there via a walk down into the valley along a single track road. The locals will always greet you with a cheery 'hola'.
The larger village of Jalon is just a 5 minute car ride away. You can appreciate the blue dome of Jalon's church from Treetop's terrace.
A lot of care and attention is taken with the garden, and it shows. The infinity pool is a great place to cool off and still take in the scenery.
The villa is ideal for appreciating Spain away from the crowds, but with the convenience of being within easy distance of nearby towns, beaches and markets. Explore the area and all it has to offer, before returning to Treetops and watching the sunset from the terrace.”
