All three bedrooms are furnished with king size beds which can be converted into twin beds. Stair gates, cot & high chair are provided & thus the house can comfortably accommodate families with young children. Unlike the majority of other townhouses where the top bedroom is an open mezzanine, the top floor of 'Casa Maroc' has been converted to ensure privacy.
Underground parking is provided. Set in beautiful communal gardens with communal swimming pool, it also has the benefit of its own private patio garden & 2 terraces which overlook the gardens & the golf course on which it is situated. Two other top class golf courses also just 10 mins away. The facilities of the golf hotel, clubhouse & Playa Cartaya Hotel beauty spa are also only a few mins walk away as are miles of golden beach.

The property is situated on a challenging parkland golf development, which boasts magnificent views of the Huelva coastline from many of the tees & fairways. Two other top class golf courses also just 10 minutes away. Miles of glorious, empty & family friendly beaches are just a stone's throw away with the majority of the beaches protected by natural pine forests & sand dunes. The sea is protected by the 'El Rompido' sand barrier which stretches for 3km, offering a natural marina & calm waters for water sports.
Enjoy the local cuisine & wonderful wines at the excellent seafood restaurants, tapas & beach bars nearby. The nearest large town Huelva is 18km away. Neuvo Portil is one hour by motorway to Seville, Cadiz and Jerez: three of Spain's most atmospheric and interesting cities. The beautiful mountains of Andalucia & the Cota Donana National Park (one of the last great wildernesses of Europe & home to flamingos and the rare Iberian Lynx).are also close by.
Richard is a journalist working for the BBC world service and Bozena is a lawyer working in London. We have two little boys aged 6 and 3 who love building sandcastles and doing races down the beach. The property is lovingly managed by Titan properties, whose representative lives on the complex and will be on hand to sort out any problems and give you tips about what to do in the area.
The place is fantastic for children. The beach is extremely safe and child friendly and the boys love it. The house is a real home from home and is equipped with loads of kids toys which are available for your use.
